A generic AI assistant answers about the world. It does not know your fleet, what comes due on PT-ABC next week, what the shop logged on the work order or what your manual says. And when it answers about regulations, it rarely shows where it got them.
ALIS AI is different because it lives inside Alis. It consults your company's data, with your permissions, and answers with the source: the aircraft, the record, the document or the regulation section the answer came from.
What it knows about your operation
Due items and hours for each registration, inspections, components, directives and bulletins from maintenance tracking, and the open work orders.
Logged flights, scheduling, crew rostering, METAR, TAF and NOTAM for the route and ROTAER data. What flew yesterday and what flies tomorrow.
Expenses by flight and by aircraft, the hours and documents of each crew member, within what each person may see.
The RBACs and the Instruções Suplementares, plus the manuals and documents your company keeps in Alis, cited in the answer.
It also teaches how to use Alis: ask "where do I log an expense?" and it opens the right screen or the step-by-step tour.
How it works
"What comes due on PT-ABC this month?", "how is SBKP right now?", "how much did we spend on fuel in October?". In text, on the web, in the app or on WhatsApp.
Only what your account may see. The server decides what it accesses, from the person's roles in the company, not the conversation.
The aircraft, the record or the regulation section. When it finds no evidence, it says so instead of making something up.
Logs an expense, requests a schedule, records a draft flight. It shows what it will save and waits for your ok.
Where it is
- On the web, with its own screen and a side panel that opens over any screen, so you can clear a doubt without leaving what you were doing;
- In the app, in the same conversation;
- On WhatsApp, recognizing you by your number: the pilot logbook, due items and METAR arrive by message;
- Inside the screens: an "Ask ALIS AI" button on the aircraft, the directive, the work order and the Flight Kit takes the open record along with the question;
- In your team's AI tools, via MCP: ALIS AI can be connected to the assistants your team already uses, with the same access as the Alis account and revocation at any time. Enabled per company.
Permissions, confirmation and privacy
- The interface reflects permission; it does not create it. What ALIS AI sees and does comes from the server, from the person's roles. Read-only users get answers, not actions.
- Nothing is saved without confirmation. Every action first shows what will be recorded.
- Data stays within your company. One company never sees another's answer, and the documents you keep in Alis go only into your company's library.
- Always with a source. Regulations come with the section and the validity notice; an Instrução Suplementar is marked as guidance, not as an obligation.
A regulation answer, as it arrives
QuestionWhich documents must be on board a Brazilian civil aircraft under RBAC 91?
ALIS AI · RegulationUnder RBAC 91, section 91.203(a), and unless ANAC provides otherwise, a Brazilian civil aircraft may only be operated if it carries on board: valid certificates of registration and airworthiness, issued by ANAC in the operator's name; the documents required by 91.9(b) and the checklist; appropriate, valid and current aeronautical publications; a duly completed logbook; a valid insurance policy or certificate; the aircraft station license; the CVA or inspection report, as applicable; the documents and manuals required by the type of operation; special-operation authorizations, passenger list and cargo manifest, when applicable; and the weight and balance sheet S2. For an experimental aircraft, 91.203(b) requires a CAVE on board and, when applicable, the CME S2.
A real answer, translated and shortened to fit here. Inside Alis, the same question can come with "and does PT-ABC have them all?".
Try it without an account
Part of ALIS AI is open to anyone, with no sign-up: ANAC regulations and public aviation data, up to 10 queries a day, in Portuguese. It is a sample. Your fleet, your documents and your operation come in with Alis.
What ALIS AI is not
It does not replace the technical manager, the pilot in command or consulting the official text. It exists so that the question "where is that?" gets an answer in seconds, with the source in front of you, and so the decision stays with whoever signs.
