Aircraft management with a logbook accepted by ANAC.

For owners, business aviation operators and airplane and helicopter fleets: electronic logbook, maintenance tracking, scheduling, expenses, SMS and Flight Kit on one platform, with ALIS AI answering on WhatsApp.

On this page

The system and the assistant, on the same record.

A flight logged in the app, on a tablet or via WhatsApp is already the data maintenance, expenses and safety use.

  • Digital logbook accepted by ANAC: structured, exportable and traceable records.
  • Maintenance tracking built into operations: components, due items and open items tied to planning.
  • SMS in the real flight flow: risks, occurrences and mitigating actions.
  • AI Flight Kit before every flight: weather, NOTAM, risk and PAVE in one briefing.

Every registered aircraft gets 4 free Flight Kits to test with real flights.

Does your operation still run on spreadsheets and messages?

Critical information scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp, PDFs and emails means lost traceability, hard audits and reliance on each person's memory.

  • Logbook separate from scheduling.

The scheduled flight and the logged flight live in different places.

  • Expenses not tied to the flight.

The cost arrives later, without the right aircraft and owner.

  • Crew rostering and availability in parallel controls.

Crew and aircraft checked by hand at every change.

  • Technical items outside the planning.

Due items show up on the ramp, not on the week's schedule.

  • SMS far from real operations.

Reports and corrective actions disconnected from the flight.

  • Briefings with no standard.

Each pilot builds the risk analysis their own way.

I have closely followed the continuous evolution of the Alis system. Today I can say the system is fully operational and fully meets the school's needs. The charts and reports provide valuable support for the monthly close.

Frequently asked questions

What owners and operators ask most before bringing their aircraft to Alis.

Is Alis's logbook accepted by ANAC?+
Yes. ANAC Resolution No. 773/2025 regulates the logbook and allows the digital medium, Resolution No. 458/2017 covers computerized systems, and Portaria No. 3.220/SPO/SAR of October 15, 2019 establishes the reference model for the electronic logbook (eDB) — Alis's system is accepted by ANAC. Records remain under the operator's control: ANAC does not access the data automatically, and sharing during specific inspections or proceedings is done by the manager. Alis also supports the operation in applying for the corresponding LOA, including organizing the required documentation.
Does Flight Kit replace the pilot's judgment?+
No. Flight Kit is a support and standardization tool. The operational decision remains the PIC's responsibility and must take into account manuals, regulations, dispatch, performance, MEL/CDL, OFP and other applicable requirements.
Are the free Flight Kits recurring?+
No. Each aircraft receives 4 free trial Flight Kits, valid for 60 days after activation. After that period, you can subscribe to one of the plans with Flight Kits included.
Can I subscribe to the Digital Logbook only?+
Yes. The Essential plan lets you use basic management and the digital logbook without subscribing to the advanced modules — ideal for those starting to digitize their operation.
Does the system serve operators with more than one aircraft?+
Yes. Operators with multiple aircraft can subscribe to per-aircraft plans or receive a custom proposal according to the size and complexity of the operation.
Is there a specific proposal for RBAC 135?+
Yes. RBAC 135 operators, fleets and operations with specific needs can receive a customized proposal — including integrations, approval workflows and dedicated dashboards.
